<p>Grade 6-12 Mathematics SLO Sample (2 total SLOs) </p><p> Students will demonstrate growth in numeracy and/or achieve mastery. Indicators (3-5 per SLO) </p><p> By June 2016, 90% of students will reach their growth target and selected items on the September to June Benchmark Assessment.</p><p> By June 2016, the number of students at needs improvement will decrease by 50% from the September to June Benchmark Assessment.</p><p> By June 2016, 75% of students will be proficient on 5 of the MAP Post Assessments from September to June Baseline & Trend Data</p><p> In September 2015, 50% of students scored below grade level target.</p><p> In September MAP assessment, 40% of students scored below the target.</p><p> On SAT in 2015, 52% of students scored at level 1. Student Population</p><p> 20 students (15 EL Students, 2 Special Education Students, 3 New Arrivals) Alignment</p><p> This goal is aligned to the CCSS, the district’s Strategic Plan School Improvement Plan, and Curriculum Maps.
