I will ensure that all learners have the opportunity to take part in the session and to put across their views. I will challenge and start a group discussion on any prejudicial/discriminatory behaviour.</p><p>Health & Safety I will assess the room before the start of the session to ensure that any obvious health and safety risks are addressed immediately. I will monitor the actions of all learners throughout the session to ensure that they do not behave in a way that may pose a risk to others.
