Posting Period: September 5, 2017 – September 18, 2017 </p><p>Classification: MnSCU Academic Professional 1 – Recruitment and Retention </p><p>Location: Itasca Community College </p><p>Employment Condition: Full-time Unlimited (1.0 FTE)</p><p>Responsibilities: The position works with enrollment management to assist in the admissions process and recruitment efforts for the campus, will implement/sustain a campus-wide student life program, and provide advising services to students on the Itasca Community College campus. </p><p>Minimum Qualifications:  Associate’s degree AND 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment, advising, student services, student life, or retention; OR Bachelor’s degree AND knowledge of recruitment, advising, student services or retention.  Human relations skills and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.  Considerable knowledge of support services and educational backgrounds.
