A track is created using chairs, benches, trees, etc for Joeys to race around. Joeys ride around on horses (Cardboard heads on cardboard tubes).Present ribbons as they finish.</p><p>Races: Champagne Cup Relay Joeys placed around the track. The first Joey in each team has a champagne cup filled with water. He races to the next team mate to pass on the cup. See which team has the most water left at the end.</p><p>Races: Horse Ride Joeys in teams. One is the horse and has reins (a tie) under their arms and taken to the back for the rider to hold.</p><p>Activity: Make a Jockey Cap</p><p>Craft: Melbourne Cup Make a Melbourne Cup using foil and plastic wine glasses. A sticky label to be added later with eg “Best Horse”, “Fastest Horse”, “Most Amazing”</p><p>Activity: Have champagne (Lemonade) and chicken (Chicken drumstick biscuits)</p>
