Written comments regarding the tentative order or aspects of this matter must be submitted no later than Monday, March 29, 2004, at 5:00 PM, so that comments may be adequately considered in preparing this matter for presentation to the Board. You may also attend and express your views at the public hearing on this matter. The Board will hear oral comments, but requests written confirmation of comments be provided before or during the hearing, to assure accuracy of the record. The Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2004, starting at 9:00 a.m. in the 1st Floor Auditorium of the State of California Building, 1515 Clay Street, in the City of Oakland.</p><p>Please note that the applicant is completing a PAR analysis estimate for the long-term financial assurance amount in Finding 11 and Provision B.11.
