All delegates are checked for suitability to drive</p><p>Vehicle keys are secure and unavailable to delegates when vehicles are not in use. </p><p>Delegates cannot access workshop areas unsupervised (Access Control)</p><p>Supervision is provided when car park is overcrowded, vehicles are manoeuvring in restricted spaces and especially when reversing</p><p>Traffic routes, of sufficient width and headroom, to allow people and vehicles to circulate in safety</p><p>Vehicle access to shared pedestrian and vehicle parking area is controlled </p><p>Vehicles and pedestrians are kept apart by ensuring they use entirely separate routes where possible.
