The remaining YY weeks you have said you wish to take, have been graded in the following way: </p><p>Percentage leave Percentage work From date To date No. of weeks</p><p>First day at work after parental leave is at present calculated to be: (date) Please be aware that the other twelve weeks of the total Parental Leave of 47/57 weeks is reserved the child’s father.</p><p>Please send a copy of the birth certificate to (the local personnel officer) as soon as possible after birth, to ensure that the correct period for the Parental Leave can be determined. </p><p>Add if the leave concerns the father when the child’s mother is a student:</p><p>Approved 30.06.2011 If the child’s mother is a student, she must send NAV Trygd a confirmation of the admission and paid registration fee. She must also send a confirmation that she has started her studies and that her education is eligible for funding through the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund. This documentary evidence must be submitted before the university is refunded the Parental Leave money from NAV Trygd. When claiming coverage of the father’s quota for the father who lives with the student, the father’s NAV Trygd must also be in possession of the same documentary evidence.</p><p>According to the tariff agreement of 1 January 2003 regarding employees rights’ in Statens Pensjonskasse (the Norwegian State Pension Fund), this period of leave counts as part of you pension-giving service time.
