This vacancy was created by the decision of the Honorable James F. Macrum, Jr. not to stand for retention. Three nominees were selected and certified to the Governor. They are </p><p>Carlos Armando Samour, Jr., of Littleton; Valeria Neale Spencer of Centennial; and </p><p>Vincent Renalda White of Parker.</p><p>Under the Colorado Constitution, the Governor has 15 days from Aug. 3, 2004, within which to appoint one of the nominees as district court judge for the Eighteenth </p><p>Judicial District.</p><p>Editor’s Note: Contact information for the three nominees </p><p> Carlos Armando Samour, Jr., 201 W.
