Board of Directors Meeting Thursday January 31, 2013 6:30 pm The Fortis Center 5925 Imperial Parkway Suite 200, Mulberry, Florida</p><p>MINUTES The Board of Directors for the Oak Landing at Imperial Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. held a regular meeting Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 6:30 pm at The Fortis Center, 5925 Imperial Parkway, Suite 200, Mulberry, Florida. In accordance with the Bylaws, notice of the meeting was posted in a conspicuous location on the property forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting. </p><p>Attendance Board of Directors: Erick Graubard, Dale Templeton, and Christine Wagener. Residents: Leon Seale, Glenn and Jennifer Gillespie, Bruce Sharpe, Steve Rajanch, Jeremy Brown, Dane Bell. Above and Beyond: Lisa Moselle, Dennis Watkins</p><p>Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 6:32 pm by Erick Graubard.</p><p>Approval of Previous Minutes - A motion was made by Erick Graubard and seconded by Dale Templeton, “…to waive the reading and approve the minutes of the previous Board meeting.” Motion carried 3-0. </p><p>The Management Report was presented by Lisa Moselle. Attorney update on 508. . The Financial Report was presented by Christine Wagener. A motion was made by Christine Wagener and seconded by Erick Graubard, “…to approve payment of $687.30 to Watkins Management for the digital office document project.” A motion was made by Christine Wagener and seconded by Erick Graubard, “…to approve payment of $500 to Accounting By Zust, LLC for a compilation and 2012 tax return.”</p><p>Unfinished Business Aged Accounts – 4 accounts to go to AFS, late letters already sent out for 1st Quarter ARB Applications – Fence at 260 approved in December. Security Cameras – Dale Templeton has received positive feedback from residents. A motion was made by Erick Graubard and seconded by Dale Templeton, “…to approve the additional $850 payment made to Lakeland Specialty Communications for installation of security cameras at entrance.” Update on Construction – Builder to be contacted by Lisa Moselle regarding trash and street sweeping. Garage doors must be painted same color as dwelling.</p><p>New Business Violation Discussion – 369 shrub removal, 253 gravel driveway, 469 weeds, 489 tree, cars parking in street New Towing Co. – Dennis Watkins working with a towing company in Mulberry. Sidwalk Discussion – 413 partial sidewalk replacement. Discussion regarding liability. Amendment to include association repair and/or replacement of sidewalks if deemed unsafe. Open Floor – Polk County BoCC to vote on policing. Walking gate is privacy-based rather than security-based; therefore, no lock. Estoppel letter for 245. Parking signage in neighborhood to be replaced. Dale Templeton to look into Smithbilt Shed options. New signage for meeting announcements to be obtained by Erick Graubard.</p><p>Next meeting: Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 6:30 pm. Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at 7:54pm. </p>
