C.A.R.E. is not liable for any damages to person(s) or property caused by any animal associated with our facility. You have also agreed to indemnify and release C.A.R.E. (Officers, Members, & Board Member) of any and all liability arising from any known, unknown, or unanticipated damages to people or property while the pet is under care/supervision of the volunteer.
