The increasing number of valets are taking much needed parking spaces that our residents need.

Resident Engagement Committee Moving forward with the sign for the Rec. Center that says OTRCC meets there. Surveys from those that attended the March meeting will be tallied and presented ____WHEN?____ In an attempt to help manage the time and length of the meetings, we need to be thoughtful and selective of what gets on the agenda. Invite others to make their announcements on Facebook instead of in person. The committee will print postcards and/or posters of upcoming meetings dates and distribute to residents. The committee has a shared storytelling and Pinwheel event for community building and would like to do it in May or June. Might be a good activity while we wait on voting results. Can we do the neighbor survey digitally? Better to engage and do it personally, but OTRCH and Urban Sites will use a digital survey.

Safety Committee Issues at the 1132 Bar.
