Dean of Faculty PeopleAdmin Procedures Faculty Searches</p><p>Screen and Fields Information</p><p>Check the box to select the applicants to whom you want to send an email.</p><p>Click on the “Actions” button at the top of the column (not the one next to an applicant’s name) and select “Email Applicants.”</p><p>Use the dropdown menu to choose the email you want to send. There are two for faculty, one for those who were interviewed and one for those who were not (see text, below).</p><p>Click the Preview button.</p><p>On the next screen, scroll down and click the “Send Emails” button. Note that you have to do a page of applicants at a time – you can’t send it to everyone, unfortunately.
