Personal attributes that support nomination f. Any other letter of support may be added.</p><p>The PSC chooses the recipient of the Raymond K. Foley Award by a vote of Council members. Only the letter of nomination will be read aloud during the voting process. Letters of support may be summarized and distributed to Council members prior to the voting meeting.
