This report was prepared under the co-ordination of the UNEP/MAP Priority Actions Programme, Regional Activity Centre (PAP/RAC). This series contains selected reports resulting from the various activities performed within the framework of the components of the Mediterranean Action Plan: Blue Plan (BP), Priority Actions Programme (PAP), Specially Protected Areas (SPA) and Regional Marine Pollution Emergency Response Centre for the Mediterranean Sea (REMPEC).
