By Ann Pieper, Justice, Dooley Chapter, Northern Illinois University. Dooley is a small chapter from Northern Illinois University. As we are at a small law school with a very strong rival fraternity presence, we sometimes are at a loss on what we can do to make a difference with our limited budget and membership. A few years ago our chapter decided to do a large community service project with our time and money – and it is something we love to do, the entire School of Law appreciates, and that does our fraternity proud.
