It requires the following to properly work: Adobe Digital Editions An Adobe ID iTunes An Apple device running iOS 3.0 or greater Adobe Digital Editions: To use the eBooks from our service on *any* device (Nook, Sony Reader, Kobo, etc.) the user must have Adobe Digital Editions installed on their PC or Mac. ADE is the "key" needed to un- lock the DRM that locks the file. Adobe ID: All eBooks users must have an Adobe ID and must authenticate their computer and devices with the *same* ID. The eBooks can not be transferred to a device if the computer or device is not authenticated with an ID -- always the same ID. iTunes: All users with Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, iPods) should already be using iTunes to some ex- tent. They should make sure the software is up to date. They should also pay close attention to the directions for finding and transferring the eBook.
