strategiesȱ isȱ moreȱ difficult.ȱ Inȱ contrast,ȱ Norwegianȱ philosopherȱ Jonȱ Elsterȱ hasȱ claimedȱ thatȱ theȱ logicȱofȱaȱsystemȱmightȱgetȱlostȱbyȱstudyingȱitȱinȱlightȱofȱotherȱsystems.ȱThenȱagain,ȱ empire,ȱandȱthatȱafterȱaȱbriefȱperiodȱofȱindependenceȱwereȱsuppressedȱbyȱcommunistȱ dictatorshipȱforȱaȱlargeȱpartȱofȱtheȱ20thȱcentury?ȱAȱquoteȱfromȱKarlȱMarxȱmightȱillusȬ trateȱ theȱ point,ȱ asȱ theȱ
