Dalam program televisi seperti berita memberikan salah satu kebutuhan penting masyarakat. Hampir setiap stasiun televisi memiliki program berita. Berbagai macam berita disajikan secara profesional, menarik dan memiliki ciri khas tersendiri pada setiap stasiun televisi. INews TV Surabaya (62 UHF) memiliki salah satu program berita kriminal yang dikemas berbeda, yakni program berita “Pancet Kecrek”. Keunikan program acara yang dibawakan oleh dua orang presenter laki-laki dengan gaya ala preman, berbahasa Suroboyoan dan memberikan himbauan dengan parikan, membuat program ini memiliki nilai khas tersendiri dalam kemasan suatu program berita. Dari wacana diatas, peneliti ingin mengkaji bagaimana proses produksi program Pancet Kecrek dari perspektif manajemen penyiaran. Dengan judul skripsi “PROSES PRODUKSI PROGRAM BERITA PANCET KECREK DI INDONESIA NEWS TELEVISI (INEWS TV) SURABAYA”, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dimana peneliti akan mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses pada program acara Pancet Kecrek. Dari hasil penelitian, dalam program Pancet Kecrek di INews TV Surabaya sesuai dengan teori managemen penyiaran. Namun masih ada kekurangan didalam program ini, yakni crew yang merangkap beberapa jobdesk, transmisi yang kurang maksimal menjangkau coverage area dan pembuatan skrip naskah berita yang kurang singkat, padat dan sederhana.
