Agenda for the Annual Council Meeting to be held on Wednesday 15th May 2019 at 7.30pm at Consall Nature Park Visitor Centre You are summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of Consall Parish Council at which the following business will be transacted. The meeting will commence at 7.30pm. Any Councillor unable to attend should forward their apologies either to the Clerk or the Chairman. 1. Election of Chairman for the ensuing year (and declaration of acceptance of office as Chairman). 2. Appointment of Vice Chairman for the ensuing year. 3. Apologies: To receive apologies and approve reason for absence. 4. To read and confirm the Minutes of the previous meeting of the 17th April 2019. 5. Matters arising therefrom. Consall Hall Estate. 6. Public Participation. The meeting to adjourn for up to 15 minutes to allow for public participation. Residents are invited to give their views and question the Parish Council on issues on the agenda or raise issues for future consideration at the discretion of the Chairman. 7. Declaration of Interest and Dispensations To receive Declarations of Interests and consider grant of any Dispensations of which written notice has been received by the Clerk. 8.
