(Available Facilities: one booth fascia board, three display boards, one table, two folding chairs, two spotlights, one 3A/220V power supply socket) Discounts: 1. The exhibitors that are members of Library Society of China can enjoy a 15% discount off on rent. 2. Application and Exhibition Contract submitted and signed before August 31, 2013 allows a 15% discount off on rent. 2 2.Raw Space: USD $120/m . (Note: the minimum raw space for rent is 36 ㎡) Note: 2013 Chinese Library Annual Conference & Exhibition is strongly supported by the government, who will subsidize some of the cost. As a result, all booths have the same unit price. Exhibition space is assigned on first-come, first-served basis. Raw Space Awards: The Organizing Committee will select and reward outstanding raw space booths: 2 first prizes : RMB 50,000 each 5 second prizes : RMB 20,000 each 5 third prizes : RMB 10,000 each The standards and rules of appraisal are set by the Organizing Committee. Literary China: 07 2013 Reading leads the Future Exhibitor 中国图书馆年会展览会 Invitation Chinese Library Annual Conference & Exhibition Participation Procedure: 1.Carefully read the <2013 Chinese Library Annual Conference & Exhibition Invitation> and completely fill out the <2013 Chinese Library Annual Conference Exhibition Space Application>. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Sign and stamp the official seal before faxing or mailing the application to Shanghai Pudong Media Group (the Co-organizer of the 2013 Chinese Library Annual Conference & Exhibition). CLAC will send a confirmation e-mail to the approved overseas applicants and offer booth space to the exhibitors after verifying the application. The approved exhibitors shall sign the <Booth Rental Contract> with CLAC Co-organizer - Shanghai Pudong Media Group, and the contract must be accompanied by payment IN FULL of the space rental charges within the agreed time set by the CLAC. 2.The space is assigned on first-come, first-served basis. Applications will be processed in order of their receiving date. CLAC Co-organizer (Shanghai Pudong Media Group) will send the <Booth Rental Confirmation> ( <Booth Rental Contract> and <Floor Plan> ) to the approved exhibitors. Applications without full payment will not be processed nor will space assignment be made. 3.If the exhibitor, who has made full payment for the booth space and has confirmed the booth and ads/promotion campaign, cannot attend the event for special reasons, it should make written application to the CLAC for withdrawal. All those that make such withdrawal applications before October 10, 2013 will have 75% of their payment refunded; all those that make such withdrawal applications before October 10 and October 20, 2013 will have 50% of their payment refunded; and all those that make such withdrawal
