Paragraph 20 has been amended to update the title and refer users to Par. 317.5 for map printing in the CARS Application. Subparagraph 25 A has been amended to provide that both conditions must apply when approving double cropping. Subparagraph 314 K has been withdrawn because the instructions are not needed. Subparagraph 317 B has been amended to provide a reference map printing (paragraph 317.5). Paragraph 317.5 has been added to provide information on map printing in the CARS Application.
