Is there a difference between regulated housing and social housing? a. No social housing is regulated by the government therefore regulated housing and social housing is of the same meaning. 3. No, a household should earn between R1 501 - R15 000 per month. If you earn more, you would not be grouped as a social housing candidate. 7. Why should I choose Bothasig Gardens? a.
