Fifteen (15) total. Theater Crew Presenter is responsible for providing one (1) monitor technician and five (5) crew personnel to assist with set-up and strike. Running Time Vox Lumiere can be performed with or without an intermission. The show runs 90 minutes without an encore. If presented with an intermission the show will run in two (2) 45 minute acts with intermission length specified by the presenter. Show Advance The production manager will represent Vox Lumiere on all issues pertaining to the technical rider. Venues will be contacted at least four (4) weeks prior to a scheduled engagement to discuss all technical details. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time prior to this timeframe in order to clarify any points in this document Show Description Vox Lumiere (voks lu-me-air) is the 5-time 1st-Round Grammy Nominated live theatrical production that combines thrilling new music, the drama of live performance and the energy of a rock concert in an exciting and radical retelling of timeless movie masterpieces such as Metropolis, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Peter Pan, The Phantom of the Opera and many more. Vox Lumiere’s award-winning singers, dancers and musicians come together with music, film, synchronized lighting, multi-media, percussionists, and live performance to create an explosive entertainment experience that brings these silent film classics to life! Marketing & Promotional Materials All promotional and marketing materials (except TV spots and B-roll) can be downloaded from our website (www.voxlumiere.com). Select MARKETING under the PRESENTERS heading of the main menu. Access to this area is limited to presenters and may be accessed using the PASSWORD: silents. Included in the materials available online are: radio spots, (30 / 60 sec), posters (various sizes, b/w and color), ad mats (various sizes, b/w and color), html email page, sample press release, background information, show photos, mp3s and performance video. For TV spots and B-roll please contact [email protected]. All marketing plans, promotional artwork and designs must be approved by Kevin Saunders Hayes. Page 4 of 18 Vox Lumiere – Fly In Technical Rider Production All production must be advanced with the production manager and any substitutions to equipment must be pre-approved. Our production manager will do everything possible to help minimize costs associated with the production. Lighting • Please see attached LIGHT PLOT and LIGHTING EQUIPMENT LIST (Appendix A & B attached) • Detailed lighting specs, including PDF Files of HANGING and FLOOR LIGHTING POSITIONS, and LIGHTWRITE CHANNEL INFORMATION, (including CAD and LIGHTWRITE FILES) are available at anytime upon request, and will be forwarded to the venue approximately one month prior to the performance date. • Vox Lumiere lighting is synchronized with the production using a laptop computer and HOG 3 PC software. The laptop and software is provided by Vox Lumiere. The HOG 3 PC will interface with the venues lighting through DMX. Please direct any questions to Vox Lumiere’s Technical Director. • 2 – Hazers / Misters with Quiet Boxes Video • 3– LCD Video Projectors 5000 – 7000+ lumens minimum with VGA, RCA and S-Video Inputs • Lensing and projector positions (i.e., front or rear projection positions) are extremely important to the quality of the Vox Lumiere production. Each venue requires unique lens and lumen calculations. Please contact Vox Lumiere Technical Director no later than four (4) weeks before engagement date to determine venue configuration. Screens • 1 – 15’ X 20’ screen with frame (Da-Lite, E-Z Fold or equivalent). No legs or “dress kit” • 2 – 9’ X 12’ screen with frame (Da-Lite, E-Z Fold or equivalent). No legs or “dress kit” • Please note that screen sizes and type (i.e., front or rear projection screens) will vary with each venue. Please contact Vox Lumiere Technical Director no later than four (4) weeks before engagement date to determine venue configuration.
