We are 2 hours from New York City, and 2.5 hours from Boston. We are the oldest Continuosly running private boys camp in the whole of the USA. We have traditions going back to 1900 and traditions yet to be found. Staff Arrival Date: 08 Jun 16 Staff End Date: 22 Aug 16 Minimum Staff Age: 20/21 Number of Campers: 165 Total Staff: 80 Total International Staff: 40 Staff Time Off: Each week staff get a full 24 hour period off. They also get 3 nights off per week, from 9:00pm till 12:30am. They are able to leave the camp premises during this time, we have a rental car onsite that staff can rent for days and evenings off. There will be 8-10 Staff off each day. Staff Accommodation: Cabins Staff Qualities: Applicants should be at least 20 years old and have completed one year of university or college beyond high school. We look for staff who have worked with children before in any capacity. We hire activity specialists only, so please detail the strongest areas that you would be able to teach. We do not hire any assistants, as most activities are operated by one single person responsible for teaching a particular activity program (ie: arts & crafts or computers). Exceptions would be in the sports field areas and waterfront programs.
