(b) Panel adhesive originating in the United States On 14 August 1973, the Tribunal made a finding of no injury concerning panel adhesive of United States origin. (c) Caulking and sealing compounds from the United States. On 14 August 1973, the Tribunal made a finding of injury with regard to caulking and sealing compounds. COM.AD/28/Add.l Page 5 2.
