Background Adobe Creative Cloud for Team (CCT) is a web-based series of Software Suite of graphic design, video editing and web development application which enables enhancement and manipulation of photos and creation of original digital art design. This will enable the authorized users of Corporate Affairs Department (CAD) to create graphical design layouts using Adobe Software Applications. ll. Updated Business or Mayo/s Permit c. Updated Annual lncome Tax Returns (lTRs) d. Updated Tax Clearance e. Omnibus Sworn Statement / Secretary's Certlficate V. After-Sales Support 1. 8x5 Technical Support thru Telephone, E-Mail, On-Site for any inquiries or problems that may arise concerning the affected Software Application/s. 2. Within four (4) Hours of Response and Resolution Time after receipt of reported error. 3. lnstallation of Software Upgrades and new Releases Versions Vl. Approved Budget The Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) is Three Hundred Seventy-One Thousand (Php 371,000.00). Vll.
