Father/Daughter Dance Attention Girls Grab your dad, stepdad, uncle, grandpa or other special someone and meet your friends for a fun night out! For girls in 3 year old preschool through 5th grade Saturday March 21, 2020 6pm - 8pm High School Cafeteria (Enter from athletic door, east side of the building) $20 per family in advance $25 per family at the door (No matter how many daughters the price is the same) We will provide the music, dancing, games, and refreshments, and you will leave with priceless memories! S.A.M.’s Photography will be on hand to capture the moment. (Photos available for additional charge). The Father/Daughter Dance is sponsored by the Drama Club. The mission of the group is to grow in public speaking skills through dramatic play and other social interactions. Money will be used for performances and for Civic Center trips to grow our performing skills. Students read The Hatchet during reading class looking at different survival skills. Once finished, students were very curious about reading the other books based around Brian. Students learned strategies to prevent interrupting others as well as an opportunity to synergize and make volcanos. A 2018 Clarion-Goldfield-Dows alumnus, Meleah Johnson, re- turned to her third grade classroom in early February. Mrs. Smith’s stu- dents had been learning how to tell time using an analog clock. One of the students inquired about military time and wanted to learn more about it. Airman Johnson did a great job of demonstrating how to tell military time and write it. She even surprised the students by showing up in her uniform. Airman Johnson is in the 185th Air National Guard located in Sioux City, Iowa.
