To study and perform the above mentioned tasks, a trip to the project road sections was arranged, where measurements of noise generated from the movement of vehicles were carried out, as well as water samples from open surface water were obtained. Noise measurements were performed by the related electronic software to measure the sound level meter. Noise measurements were carried out at a distance of 7-10 meters from the axis of the roadway, that is, the measurements were performed on the side of project roads at a height of 1.0-1.5 meters above the ground. In addition, when performing field work, we obtained water samples from open water sources (river, canal, ditch and drainage collectors), one sample from each project site on road, in the amount of 39 samples. The selected water samples were handed over to the chemical laboratory of the State Unitary Enterprise (SUE) "Uzbekhydrogeology", to perform a reduced chemical analysis. To determine the dust content in the atmosphere, we turned to the laboratory of the “Center of Hydrometeorological Service under the Ministry of Emergency Situations “UZGIDROMET”, where we received the average annual dust content in the air in 4 areas - Andijan, Namangan, Fergana and Tashkent regions. (Annex № 2) All indicators of the noise level on each road with the specified minimum, maximum and average daily indicators are given in Annex No 3. 3 FINDINGS According to the results of the work performed and the laboratory data on the content of dust in atmospheric air, noise level indicators and indicators of the chemical composition of surface water, the following conclusion can be drawn: - air quality in terms of dust content 0.1 mg / m3 - not more than 0.7 MPC. SanPiNRUz No. 0293-11 Hygienic standards list of maximum permissible concentrations (MAC) of pollutants in the atmospheric air of populated areas in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (see Annex – 1, 2). - noise level - according to the results of the measurement on 40 roads, the following results were obtained, indicated in the Annex – 3. The average noise level is 47.48 dB, the minimum 5.8 dB a / d. 4K897b (km 0-2), maximum 84.9 DBA a / d. 4K104a (km 0-4). According to the "SanPin №0325-16" table. 1 Sanitary norms of permissible noise levels at workplaces and KMК2.01.08-96 “Noise protection” Annex - 5 Table 1 p. 162, the noise level should not exceed 75 DBa. - water quality: According to the results of chemical analysis of water samples taken in chemical laboratories of the Uzbekhydrogeology State Unitary Enterprise, the dense residue of water soluble salts averages at 727 mg / l with a maximum of 1266 mg / l, minimum 188 mg / l, the water is light-salted, only in one obtained water sample from the collector the dense residue indicator is 3750 mg / l (see Annex 4). Water in irrigators, canals and rivers does not exceed sanitary standards with the exception of water from collectors. RD118.0027719.5-91 Nature Conservancy.
