The last time we convened in the “City of Brotherly Love & Sisterly Affection” was 1995. Remember the fun? Well, there’s even more for you to enjoy this time. Philadelphia is the perfect setting to reconnect, network and fellowship. Between our meetings and workshops, take delight in the many “Sights and Sounds of Philadelphia.” Our city is renowned for its music by homegrown artists such as Patti LaBelle, Jill Scott, Teddy Pendergrass and more. Also, take some time to experience the historical sites, fine arts and world class museums. A visit to Philly is not complete without taking in The Reading Terminal, fabulous eateries (don’t forget the cheesesteaks, hoagies, and pretzels), shopping venues, and night spots. We look forward to sharing with you the history of our chapter. For 96 years the wives and widows of the Philadelphia Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity Inc., have served communities across the city. Annual contributions are made to offset the effects of Sickle Cell Anemia, Breast Cancer, Lupus, Autism and Domestic Violence. Our chapter has been active in promoting the National Safe Sleep initiative. The Silhouettes have been diligently preparing and planning in anticipation of making this an extraordinary experience for all. We are eager to show you all that Philadelphia has to offer.
