Schedule of bands on back page Show starts at 10:15 am Tickets are $26 and include both prelims and finals. I have several that we already had to pay for at $26 each. These are first come first serve, but if you are going, get them from us early so you don't have to wait in line. 1:30 Change clothes and load trailer, have a snack and watch bands 4:30 Awards w/all and Drum Majors We stay whether we make the evening show or not. There are many very good bands here and we will learn much by watching them. 5:00 Eat dinner and rest for before evening show. 7:15 Evening show begins Ifwe are in the evening show, the directors will go to a drawing after awards to determine the evening performance order. At dinner, we will give you the information. 10:30 Finale - Presentation of Awards 11:00 PM Meet at buses for information, change clothes - go to the restroom before we leave. If we are not in the night show, we can leave earlier than 11:45 11:45 Leave for home 3:15 AM Arrive at school; everyone helps unload and buses should be spotless. Have a ride at school to pick you up no later than 3:00 AM *If you are not returning on the bus, it is your responsibility to find someone to unload your stuff. *Also, notes are required and parents must personally sign you out of the bus after the contest is over unless you have made prior arrangements with Mr. Fisher. *Please make sure to eat throughout the day. You will need money for snacks or bring them with you.
