Soneva Kiri opened in Thailand in 2009 and became the first Soneva resort to offer private ownership to its discerning clientele. In 2011, Soneva became the first to offer luxury resort real estate for foreigners in the Maldives, with the launch of villa sales at Soneva Fushi. In 2016, a limited number of overwater and island villas became available for sale at Soneva’s newest resort, Soneva Jani.
