Adoption of agenda LIBE_OJ(2020)1130_1 The agenda was adopted. 2. Chair's announcements Linguistic profile The Chair announced that interpretation was available in English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Greek, Spanish, Swedish, Hungarian, Polish, Bulgarian and Romanian as well as Portuguese on Monday and Slovenian on Tuesday. Endorsement of Coordinators' recommendations (Rule 214) Pursuant to Rule 214, the committee endorsed the Coordinators’ recommendations as laid down in the Outcome of written procedures launched on Thursday, 12 November, until Monday, 16 November at cob. The committee endorsed the nomination of the following Rapporteurs: Reports: PV\1223720EN.docx PE680.852v01-00 EN United in diversity EN • Tomas Tobe (EPP) was nominated as Rapporteur on the LIBE report on the New Pact’s on Migration and Asylum the Asylum and Migration Management Regulation (AMR) - Asylum and migration management and amending Council Directive (EC) 2003/109 and the proposed Regulation (EU) XXX/XXX [Asylum and Migration Fund] - COM(2020)0610 - 2020/0279(COD); • Sophia in 't Veld (Renew) was nominated as Rapporteur on the LIBE legislative own- initiative report on citizenship and residence by investment schemes - 2020/tbc(INL). Resolutions: • Juan Fernando López Aguilar (Chair) was nominated as Rapporteur on the LIBE Resolution on the upcoming EU Strategy on the Rights of the Child - 2020/tbc(RSP). Opinions: • Tom Vandendriessche (ID) was nominated as Rapporteur on the LIBE opinion to the PETI report on The protection of persons with disabilities through petitions: lessons learnt - 2020/2209(INI). Delegated and Implementing Acts Implementing Acts 1/ On 20 November 2020, the Parliament received Commission Implementing Decision laying down standard form for refusal, annulment or revocation of a travel authorisation pursuant to Article 38(3) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1240 (and the annexes). The basic act is Regulation (EU) 2018/1240 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 September 2018 establishing a European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) and amending Regulations (EU) No 1077/2011, (EU) No 515/2014, (EU) 2016/399, (EU) 2016/1624 and (EU) 2017/2226. The reception of this act was communicated to all LIBE Members via the LIBE DIA Newsletter of 20 November 2020 and an internal deadline for proposing an objection was set on 4 December 2020 COB. 2/ On 3 November 2020, the Parliament received Commission Implementing Decision establishing the Handbook for the administrative management of visa processing and local Schengen cooperation (Visa Code Handbook II) and repealing Commission Decision C(2010) 3667 and its Annex. The basic act is Regulation (EC) N° 810/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 establishing a Community Code on Visas. The reception of this act was communicated to all LIBE Members via the LIBE DIA Newsletter of 6 November 2020 and an internal deadline for proposing an objection was set on 18 November 2020 at 12.00. No objection was sent to the Secretariat.
