Workshop on “ENSAR Applications – Oriented Research”

Deliverable D6.2 WP06 – NA06 – EFINION Workshop on “ENSAR Applications – Oriented Research” The EFINION workshop was held on 9-11 July 2014 in Vrachati, Corinth, Greece. This workshop was dedicated to the applications developed in the ENSAR partner laboratories, especially the institutions with infrastructures offering TransNational Access for users. The programme, displayed in the following page, was then focused on presentations from representatives of GANIL (France), GSI (Germany), JYFL (JYU, Finland), KVI-CART (RUG, The Netherlands), ISOLDE (CERN, Switzerland), and ALTO (CNRS, France). In addition, specific presentations were scheduled on applications at IFJ PAN (Poland) and future ELI-NP (Romania), and also on electronics developments at CEA (France). Moreover, the EFINION workshop was the occasion to present the status of EFINION activities, i.e. the catalogue of multi-disciplinary applications-oriented research activities of ENSAR, the Communication Day at the European Parliament, and the preparation of future activities beyond ENSAR.
