Total building TOTAL BLDG ENERGY MMBTU energy consumption was 2,058,000 mmBTU 2,200,000 versus the budgeted value of 2,138,000 mmBTU. Actuals are approximately 3% below the weather corrected budget. Notable factors impacting energy consumption are the following: 1) Energy Conservation Initiative (ECI): On‐going Campus ECI efforts are exceeding expectations 2,100,000 regarding building energy consumption. Correcting for the weather, actual steam consumption is 5% below budgeted consumption. The results demonstrates that efforts to reduce building energy consumption across campus through energy conservation and proper maintenance are effective.
