
Codes and Descriptions of Administrative Offi cers We have modifi ed the Manpower Codes used in the Higher Education Directory to better refl ect the organizational structures of colleges and universities. Codes are now grouped by major organizational division—Executive, Academic, External Affairs, Fiscal Affairs, Institutional Affairs, Information Technology, and Student Affairs. Some codes have been redefi ned and several have been added. New and modifi ed codes are marked by an asterisk (*).
