DELEGATIONS 5.1 Gary Ross Mr. Gary Ross provided some key Tolko updates to Council: Plant Manager, Tolko - Burner officially ceased operations on August 17/20. Permanently decommissioned on Thanksgiving weekend (Oct 10-12/20) - Thermal plant running at 75% capacity at this time. - Remaining piece is the Northern Pellet Limited Partnership (NPLP), currently scheduled to come on line late October at which time the energy plant should be at 100% operating capacity. 6.
