Errata #1 (April 11, 2019) 2019-2020 Texas 21st Century Community Learning Centers, Cycle 9, Year 4 Description of Change The purpose of this errata notice is to correct the language in the Sections 5A and 5B of Application Part 1 (PDF), for the 2019-2020 Texas 21st Century Community Learning Centers, Cycle 9, Year 4 grant. This errata notice also corrects the language in the instructions, Sections 5A and 5B of Application Part 1: Supplemental PNP Equitable Services Form. RFA Currently Reads Section 5A: Assurances, Application Part 1 (PDF), page 9 of 10: The LEA assures that it discussed all consultation requirements as listed in Section 8501(c)(1), as applicable, with all eligible private nonprofit schools located within the public school attendance zones of the grant-funded 21st Century Community Learning Centers. The LEA assures the appropriate Affirmations of Consultation will be provided to TEA's PNP Ombudsman in the manner and time requested.
