From Herat, detaineeflew to Kabul, AF, where detaineestayed at a guesthousefor one day.o Detaineewent to Jalalabad,AF, and stayedat an Algeriqn guesthouseowned by Jafar al-Jazaien,locatedbehind the Taliban IntelligenceOffice.' c. Detaineereturned to a Kabul guesthouse located in the Wazir Akbar Khan areato study under an Afghan named Yousef Khan, who owned the guesthouse.Detainee remained at this location with approximately fony-four other individualsfrom variouscountries until December2001.10 5.
