Payments will be accepted on Saturday of the auction or the Monday or Tuesday following the sale between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at 1537 West Jackson Street, Phoenix, Arizona. The Surplus Property Management Office reserves the right to require full payment of successful bids at any given time. 2. Forms of payment accepted: cash, cashiers check, certified check, Master Card and Visa credit and debit cards, money orders or traveler’s checks only. 3. TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BID PRICE. A transaction privilege tax of 6.3% will be applicable to all sales. The 6.3% will be added to the bid price. 4.
