Denis Hamson Obua Minister of State for Education and Sports (Sports) II ANNUAL REPORT 2019/2020 FOREWORD BY THE CHAIRMAN COUNCIL nd at the outset I want to thank Ayou all, especially those of you who are far from your homes, working in remote or difficult places. For many there has been a dark cloud over the sports subsector for second part of the financial year, but in this message, I want to look at a few particular moments through the year where I have been especially proud of what has been achieved. The end of a year is a good time to look back, reflecting on achievements, and to look forward, And at the outset I want to thank you all, to see what we still need to accomplish. especially those of you who are far from your homes, working in remote or difficult places.
