The letter was the fruit of the work of Synod 16, an Archdiocesan-wide event that included members from all parishes and organizations. At the heart of the letter is the desire of the Archbishop that we become a joyful band of missionary disciples. As you study, pray, and engage in a variety of ministries during your time at Sacred Heart and beyond, I ask that you devote yourself to the integral formation of the whole person: human, spiritual, intellectual, and pastoral. In the Sacred Heart Major Seminary Bulletin, you will find all the necessary information regarding our policies and programs. In addition, be assured that our staff will be ready to assist you with any questions you may have as you consider the exciting opportunities ahead of you. It is a joy to welcome you to Sacred Heart! Sincerely in Christ, Very Rev. Msgr. Todd J.
