Testimonial: ‘Jules and Jo, and all at Welsh Property Services were simply amazing when buying a property from them. We met Jules when first viewing the property, and although not meeting her again before completion - we live 5 hours away - it felt like we were mak- ing this big purchase through a friend! Their communication was fantastic, it was regular, prompt, proactive and clear, and when Jules wasn't available Jo seamlessly stepped in - dream team! In addition, they went above and beyond anything I've even experienced, or even expect, from an estate agents, in the way they sup- ported the sale transaction and making sure the property was in a good state for when we were arriving post completion, and went out of their way to coordinate tradesman for us. Buying a property is never easy but I can honestly say they made us feel special and supported. It was an absolute pleasure and if look- ing for an additional property/home in Wales we'll check the WPS website first.. And may even wait until they have what we want!’ Simon and Jacqueline July 2019 2 Sibrydion 5% reader discount SBJUL19 The Beauty of Bespoke Custom-made shutters, blinds and curtains. Cymunedol (In a different way) Our Calendar from our Photo Competition last summer is now available to buy. There is a CASH prize of £150 in store for the outlet, which sells the most copies! If you have a shop/hotel/outlet and are willing to try and sell copies over the summer season and in the run up to Christmas, please do participate. A nice little windfall of £150 after Christmas could be yours! I know calendars sell well during the holiday season, as I used to sell lots through the season and as Christmas gifts in my Gallery when it was open, Debbie Ashton, in Llwyngwril. If you just let people see them and draw attention to them Editor especially as they are for the crucial charities. This is all about raising funds for the charities. The competitions winners are: Andrew Currie, of Abergynolwyn and Christine Radford, of Fairbourne (pictured with Jean Napier). We are rather proud of our calendar for 2020. We are also offering discounts for multiple copies – these are great items to put aside as Christmas gifts. 1 copy: £9.99 (includes postage if you need me to post it to you.
