The Council considers that the table in in Appendix A will assist the Panel, and parties with determining which designations: 3.1 The Hearings Panel is required to make a decision on in accordance with Clause 14(2); and 3.2 The Hearings Panel must confirm, in accordance with Clause 14(3).
