Marquee hire can be quoted on to protect the deck for unfavourable weather, please note marquee hire does not work towards minimum spend requirements. Deposit $3000 Minimum spend $dependant on time of year Full venue hire will not be available on Fridays or Saturdays. When the minimum spend is reached, the deposit is deducted from the final bill. If the minimum spend is not reached, the shortfall is taken from the deposit. OUTDOOR DECK – capacity 150 cocktail, Dining 60 The outdoor deck is a relaxed space ideal for larger groups celebrating farewells, birthday’s, engagements and after work drinks. It’s equally great for formal occasions like cocktails and canapés, or can be used for more laid back gatherings. The furniture can be rearranged by request and the area can be roped off for your function. Marquee’s can be quoted on to protect your function from unexpected weather. For dining groups of 20 or more a deposit of $300 is required and a set menu must be selected For casual cocktail and canapé groups of 20 or more a deposit of $300 is required. Full hire of the deck will be quoted on a case by case enquiry and the minimum spend will be dependent on the time of year of the function. At 10pm all music must stop on the deck and at midnight, no alcohol can be consumed on the deck. MAIN BAR – capacity for casual drinks, canapés and cocktails 20 – 100 persons The main bar area is a large, light filled space, ideal for small groups booking individual leaners for after work drinks and nibbles or evening catch ups. The main bar area can be hired for groups up to 100 and suits casual gatherings of up to 100 people. For bookings over 20 people a deposit of $300 is required to secure the space. For groups of 15 people or more, a deposit of $300 is required to secure the reservation. For bookings of 30 people or more in the restaurant area, a deposit of $500 is required to secure the booking and the table must select from one of our function set menus.
