As the series begins in February, 1983, Detective Chief Inspector Peter Jay is called to the North London address 23 Cranley Gardens - where the drains are clogged with flesh and bones. Dennis Nilsen is arrested, but it’s far from an open-and-shut case. Harbour Cops Tuesday, 7.30pm 15th September ITV Documentary following Powys Police officers over the summer as they patrol the largest police area with the smallest number of officers anywhere in the UK. In this series opener, the officers have their hands full in the seaside town of Tenby. Holidaymakers are causing trouble, and the rowdiest of the gang need to be dealt with.
