General discussion • Introductions • RSC update • Temperature check • Conflicts of interest Items for discussion in this meeting Essex Significant Changes • Whether Canonium Learning Trust should be allowed to lower the age limit by 2 years to accommodate a nursery in Finchingfield St John's Church of England Primary Academy, Braintree. • Whether Academies Enterprise Trust should be allowed to expand by 2 forms of entry to meet local demand in New Rickstones Academy, Witham. Norfolk Converter Academy Order • Great Dunham Primary School, King’s Lynn – to convert and join Unity Education Trust. Significant Changes • Whether KWEST Multi Academy Trust should be allowed to move the SEN sixth form in Churchill Park Complex Needs School, King’s Lynn, to a new site. • Whether Evolution Academy Trust should be allowed to add a nursery provision in Filby Primary School, Great Yarmouth. • Whether The Diocese of Ely Multi Academy Trust should be allowed to amalgamate Wormegay Church of England Primary School, King’s Lynn with Runcton Holme Church of England Primary School, King’s Lynn. Trust Change • King Edward VII Academy, King’s Lynn, to transfer from Eastern Multi Academy Trust to Inspiration Trust. Newham Significant Change • Whether Learning in Harmony Multi-Academy Trust should be allowed to open annexe of John F Kennedy Special School, Stratford, on Lister Community School site, Plaistow. This is for secondary aged learners with an Education, Health and Care Plan, who have an autistic syndrome condition. Suffolk Converter Academy Order • Snape Community Primary School, Saxmundham– to convert and join Waveney Valley Trust. Significant Changes • Whether Seckford Education Trust should be allowed to add a SEN unit in Set Saxmundham School, Saxmundham and Set Beccles School, Saxmundham. • Whether Gippeswyk Community Educational Trust should be allowed to add a SEN unit in Copleston High School, Ipswich. 2 Thurrock Significant Change • Whether Gateway Learning Community should be allowed to change the age range from 4- 11 to 3-11 to accommodate a nursery provision in The Gateway Primary Free School, Grays. 3 .
