TE ‐ Movement Educator's Session, Part 1 Thursday 12:30 PM 1:45 PM Participants must be on the AOSA movement teacher roster. 1st session 11/3/2016 topic: Laban ‐ "practice/theory" session. 2nd session topic: Lecture/Presentation: Standing on the Shoulders of Giants: I will introduce the broadening dialogue between music and dance (exemplified by several artists) at the beginning of the 20th Century. This dialogue influenced the artistic ideas of Carl Orff and later the pedagogical ideas of OSW.
