Foolproof arrangements were made to ensure this by the State Government throughout the academic year 2019-20. II. SAMAGRA SHIKSHA UNIFORMS • 2 Pairs of Uniforms were distributed for the academic year 2019-20. • Uniforms cloths were distributed from Mandal points to schools through SMCs. Two pairs of uniforms are being stitched to children studying in I to VIII class and amount is Rs. 40,40,820 /- have been released to schools for the academic year 2019-20. INCLUSIVE-EDUCATION • Conducting 4 Physiotherapy Camps in every Mandal in month. • Divisional level camps are conducted with the help of ALIMCO students and proposals are prepared to supply helping appliances to the needy students. • 126 children provided with Escort allowance Rs.250/-per month for 10 months • 126 children provided with transport allowance Rs.250/-per month for 10 months • 116 CwSN are benefitted through Home Based Education. • 29 IERP’s are engaged to provide Inclusive Education. • 219 Children are enrolled in Bhavitha centers to provide School Readiness Programme. • Supplied HBE material to 29 Bhavitha Center / IERCs • World Disability Day celebrated in 20 Mandals on 3rd Dec’2019 Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya Introduction: - Government of India have taken the initiation of “Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya” for setting up Residential schools with boarding facilities at elementary level for girls belonging predominantly to SC, ST, OBC and Minorities in difficult areas.
