This Analysis has been made in accordance with provisions of the Rulebook on Environmental Impact Assessment concerning Facilities and Practices (published in "Official Herald of Republic of Serbia", No. 61/92). However, this Rulebook doesn't contain many significant standards as appropriate standards for dust and electro-magnetic fields. When this is a case , we obey IEC standards . Rulebook also says that is compulsory to carry out an environmental impact assessment of long distance electric power transmissions, transformer stations and distribution plants of 220 kV and more. Besides this primary Rulebook, results interpretations and recommendations of protective measures, has been done consistent with next regulations: - Environmental Law (Official Herald of Republic of Serbia No. 135/2004) The system of environmental protection and advancement consists of a group of measures and conditions for: the conversation and protection of natural and man-made values in the environment; for the protection of people and the environment from pollution; for the protection from dangerous and hazardous materials, from ionizing and no ionizing radiation, from noise and vibrations; for the protection from destruction and degradation of natural values; as well as measures and conditions for the promotion of environmental quality. Use of natural resources, construction of structures or other activity may be carried out under the condition that they cause no permanent damage, no significant changes of landscape, no pollution, and no other forms of environmental degradation. The investor is bound carry out an analysis and to quantify the environmental impact of given activity, to plan and implement measures in order to prevent jeopardy of the environment or to plan measures of land reclamation or rehabilitation and secure the execution of prescribed norms. On the territory of the Republic of Serbia the importation of hazardous materials, their stocking, or dumping is prohibited. Enterprises and the other economic entities (hereinafter - enterprises) are bound to pursue their activity and to secure: the rational use of natural resources and energy; to calculate environmental protection costs in their investment and production expenditures; to monitor the impact of their activity on the state of the environment. The enterprise is bound to keep data about the type and quantities of dangerous and hazardous materials and wastes it discharges, or emits in the air or dumps in water and land in the prescribed manner, furthermore such data must be submitted to competent bodies. The Ministry shall supervise the implementation of the provisions of this Law and regulations adopted on its basis, unless otherwise stipulated by Law. Inspection control of the implementation of measures of protection against air pollution of protected natural areas , against noise , hazardous materials and ionizing radiation shall be carried out by the inspector for environmental protection . If the inspector for environmental protection, during carry out his supervisory activities establishes that other laws and regulations the violation of which may affect the human environment have been violated, he shall immediately inform the authority in charge of such SS 110/35 kV Mosna, EPS-ELEKTROISTOK OHL 110 kV and 35 kV Design department violation and, together with him, supervise the latter and undertake the necessary measures. of Republic of Serbia - Planning and Construction Law (Official Herald No. 47/2003 ), - JUS U.J6. 205/1992 standard - Acoustic Zoning of Space, and Yards of neighboring individual houses are classified in the group of tourist sites, small 45 dB (A) village settlements with the highest permitted noise level of 50 dB (A) for day and for night. of Republic of Serbia - The Law on Handling Waste Materials (Official Herald No.25/96), Secondary raw materials are collected , sorted . packed and preserved under conditions and as on the way which provides keeping quality' of these secondary raw materials as well protection of the environment.
