This report is hereby submitted in compliance with mandates of the statutory requirements of W.Va. Code §30-1-12(b). In order to safeguard life, health and property and to promote the public welfare, the practice of engineering in this state is declared to be subject to regulation in the public interest. The PE Board is charged with the administration and enforcement of the provisions of W.Va. Code §30-13 governing the practice of professional engineering. Contained within is a certified Board report covering fiscal years 2014-2015, including required documentation of agendas, minutes, receipts, disbursements, rosters and a listing of filed complaints. As always, most of the information contained within this report, as well as other relevant applicant and examinee information, is readily accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via our website at www.wvpebd.org.
